Gabriela de la Garza is Virtual
Mexican actress Gabriela de la Garza apparently has a role in Dragonball, but as who? Chelo248 translates this interview for us.
Gabriela de la Garza remember her fun work in the film: “My character is virtual! It’s like a computer, to all who arrive to the city and want communicate with her, gives them instructions. The hairstyle, clothing, everything was fantastic. ”
The actress explains further that “always shot my scenes with green screen (green screen that allows overlay landscapes) and James Wong was directing me, is a great filmmaker.
So, kind of like Jarvis in Iron Man? Here is Gabriela de la Garza IMDB profile.

actually akira toriyama has stated that Dragonball was not set in any past present or future manner, he said he would like to think of it as happening in many time periods.

I like to think that she is a virtual assistant to Bulma at the Capsule Corp. That would be good
or just a rip off of Iron Man…
September 7th, 2008 at 12:41 pm

September 7th, 2008 at 12:59 pm

September 7th, 2008 at 1:58 pm
So…
Piccolo absolutely ruined, roshi absolutely destroyed, a robot that never existed, goku is scrawny, bulma is acceptable, goku is in highschool, no krillin, no tien, no puar, no oolong, no ox king, made-up story lines, chi-chi is a popular girl in highschool, grandpa gohan is killed by as far as we know a “werewolf” type of thing that’s supposed to be an oozaru.
this isn’t dragonball.
This is all shit that’s completely made up.
It’s basically a whole new story that just took names from dragonball.
Epic FAIL

OKAY WE GET IT ALREADY. You don’t like the movie(even though you have yet to see it)! Do you have to whine so loudly about it? You people are such immature babies.
September 7th, 2008 at 2:48 pm

September 7th, 2008 at 3:05 pm

September 7th, 2008 at 3:16 pm
what’s this I hear about Oozaru being a “werewolf-type thing”? This is new to me…
September 7th, 2008 at 5:08 pm
Cool
September 7th, 2008 at 8:56 pm
Yeah, hoping this movie doesn’t have too many more mexicans. Not to be racist, I just don’t think they’re the best actors… plus it throws DB’s setting off a little…

Calvin: A lot of people from all over the world hate americans for guys like you. It’s people like you that give bad reputation to your country.
Anyways I know great american people, but shut the fuck up Calvin.
Fgdsg: Same can be said of american actors, or chinese, or europeans… Good and bad actors abound anywhere.
DB Settings are non-standard. Character design is close to no real humain being on earth, so what gives? (BLue eyes and yellow hair state nothing)

“i hate mexicans! and colby”
HeY Guy… I hope you never became president
September 8th, 2008 at 1:15 am
Goku isnt scrawny. He’s about the same size as he was in the piccolo saga. He’ll get bigger in the sequels. This is how he should be.
I bet most of you tards would have given the role to some huge beefy guy in his 30s or 40s. Idiot. People who think goku’s too skinny don’t know shit about dragonball.
September 8th, 2008 at 5:10 pm
So dragonball is set in another Dimension,
September 9th, 2008 at 11:58 pm
TAxOmetro
I hate to say this but most mexican cinema contains poor, over the top acting.
And thats the good stuff.
September 10th, 2008 at 11:22 pm
At the bottom of the interview it says Jamie Chung is playing the part of Milk. Whats that all about
September 10th, 2008 at 11:25 pm
Virtual translates to efficient, not virtual.
