all in all I hope everyone who made this film relies that Goku and the Db world these guys are way stronger then any super hero (maybe not at first, but super man ain’t got shit on Goku whens hes ssj, Iron-man would be crushed like a soda can, hulk would be tossed around like a rag doll spider-man squashed like a bug if he just turns out to be skilled in martial arts then I’m sure we will be very disappointed..but on the other side there was a report he destroys a big rock fighting with piccolo or something so hopefully we get crater impacts and mass-destruction.. the last thing we all want is Goku to be a kitten compared to Hancock

Corey Wilson, you never cease to crack us up.
I dont think we haveto worry about how strong Goku will be. Pictures released give us a good indication that he will be made of steel.
The image in the4 road show magazine showed Goku’s shirt burnt and turn proberbly from and energy blast.
Early scripts suggest that Goku can get shot and hardly make a scratch on him.
Chatwin will kick som serious ass in this film.

I really hope that Chris Sabat does the voice of Shenron…that would be sooo awesome, in a way itd be a link to the fans of DBZ… after all my biggest fear is that they wont stay true to the original… while there at it Eric Vale’s voice needs to be used to!!! ha ha! Thanks 4 the pics JP!

yeah I can see there being a Dragonball in his shirt pocket. looks like there is also bullet Holes in the door, Goku looks pissed like someone just broke in, In side looks a bit damaged, theres also what looks like a bullet hole in roshis shirt. I guess Bulma shoots at them when shes angry LOLs so keep your eyes open for easter eggs. this pics might have some info we are looking for.

I just don’t want to see goku adventuring for dragonballs in a t-shirt and jeans.
The school scene should only be for 10-20 mins long, they should just show how lame school is for goku. Random classroom crap that where the random “new characters” talk with goku till he Trips out in class looking at the pictures of the moon, random hallway scene showing how uncool goku is compaired to everyone then he glances at chichi they talk she invites him to a party then bullies threaten him and probably say something generic like “stay away from my girl NERD”, then at the Party goku beats the shit outa the bullies goes home finds grampa gohan dying and at some point after or during Bulma shows up trying to rob Goku of the Dragonball Gohan gave him. then the adventure begins where he wears the blue gi and No Street clothes
but so far we have a lot of plot holes like when does the tournament tie in and how long is Yamcha in the film for. Did any one think that the fullam assassins are the cloned versons of everone ? they can shape shift like Mai.

the movies gotta be atleast 2 an a half hours long.
Here is my thing on the movie
The intro shows that Piccolo was once a good guy but go into a argument and thrown into galactic prison or something then we see a school, the bell rings and everybody rushes to class. We see Goku lookin at Chi-Chi in a daze.
Mr. Kingery smacks a ruler on Gokus desk and says ‘Goku, when are you going to stop paying attenion to Ms. Chi-Chi and start paying attention to my class”. Goku gets up and bows asking for forgivness, the teacher rolls his eyes and asks Goku to take a seat. The Class laughs at Goku and the teacher says ‘Thats enough students now look at your desk, you’ll see a picture of the moon”. Goku looks at the moon and become in a daze, his pupils are gone and he falls off his chair. Once again everyone laughs, and once again the teacher asks the students to stop, a kid in the backround says ‘Geez Goku, you really are a loser”.
Bell rings and everyone goes to their lockers. Goku opens his locker and stuufs his face in embarrested. Gokus friend walks up to Goku and says ‘What happened to you in Science class today’? Goku replies ‘I dont wanna talk about it’. His friend asks if he wants to chill later, Goku says he has to train with his grandpa. His friend says Okay, c ya later man and walks away. Chi-Chi walks down the hall way and Goku is in a daze again. A bully goes behind Goku and pushes him down. Goku turns around on his back, its Chi-Chis boyfriend Ernie (lol) ‘Who do you think you are Cookoo? Goku replies ‘It’s Goku’. Thats my girlfriend and if you ever talk to her, you’ll be dead, kapesh? ‘Goku walks away. Goku gets his bike and petals off thinking about Chi-Chi. Goku hears someone yell ‘WATCH OUT’! Goku gets hit by a Car! Goku gets up and brushes it off. A woman gets out of the car (Bulma) ‘Are you alright kid? Goku replies ‘Yeah i’m fine’. Goku finds his bike. ‘My Bike’! Goku says depressed. Gokus friend walks up behind Goku and smells gas (Car Gas) his friends says dude did you just fart? Goku walks away with his destroyed bike, and bulma gets in her car and drives off. Goku gets home and finds his Grandpa meditating in the field. Goku walks up to his grandpa, but before Goku could even say a word, Grandpa Gohan says without opening his eyes ‘You are late’. I’m sorry grandpa Goku says. Gohan says It’s okay, but start practicing your Kamehameha, i’ll be in the house. Okay says Goku still depressed. Goku pulls back his hands and yells KAMEHAMEHA. nothing. Goku does it again. nothing. Goku sits down. He thinks about running away. Goku hears Breaking and glass shatering, and a yell from inside the house. Goku runs in. He finds Gohan in the middle of the kitchen, bloody and beaten. Goku rushes to his side. Goku see’s a weird creature (Fullum) standing near the door Goku gives it an Evil eye. The creature runs away. Goku looks down at his grandpa. Gohan tells Goku to find Master Roshi. Gohan reaches into his pocket and pulls out a dragonball. He puts it into Gokus hand and tells him to collect all seven then Shenron the dragon will come out and grant you a wish. Gohan dies and Goku buries his body. Goku heads out, and about twenty minutes after he sees Chi-Chi walking. Goku runs up behind her and starts talking to her. Goku hears a car coming. Goku looks back. It’s Eernie, Chi-chis boyfriend. ‘I thought I told you to stay away from her’. I’m sorry’ Goku says. Eernie throws a punch at Goku but Goku blocks it and punches him in the face.Eernie falls down and chi-chi walks up to him and says ‘It’s Over’. Eernie looks up then his head falls back. Chi-Chi puts links her arm with Gokus arm. Chi-Chi asks were Gokus going and Goku tells her that hes searching for Master Roshi. Chi-chi says well good-luck and kisses Goku on the cheek, and walks to her large million dollar house. Goku keeps on walking. A car pulls up behind Goku and Bulma gets out of her car holding the radar. Goku turns around and says ‘you!’ Bulma says ‘my name is Bulma and do you have a dragonball. Goku pulls out his dragonball and shows it to her…
And this is long so I’m gonna stop cause im boredd. And i have no effin clue how they are gonna add the tournament.

After looking at the movie lineup at comingsoon.net, it looks like Dragonball can potentially stay number 1 in the box office for 3-4 weeks straight. It might not pull in the same numbers like TDK but it will dominate just like it.
(Interesting, a musical also comes out the same day as DB like Mamma Mia with TDK).

If Dragonball turns out to be a masterpiece then I will go see it 2x at the theater. I just hope the story turns out to be on the level of the original Star Wars movie. That would be amazing!!!! Oh yeah, you can’t compare The Dark knight to Dragonball, because The Dark knight is a sequel. It’s best to compare it to Batman begins or the Star wars the Phantom menace

When Dragonball Z comes out 2011 then you can compare it to the Dark knight, but you can’t right now because there isn’t a Dragonball sequel yet. Comparing Dragonball to The Dark knight doesn’t make any sense, because Batman already had it’s orgin movie. It already had proven itself. Now it’s time for Dragonball to prove itself….
Lets just hope that it’s going to be a masterpiece like Star wars or Iron man.

I’ve read Ben Ramsey’s script it was awful. James Wong’s “rewrite” seems to have kept most if not all the major crap ass parts. Anyway I just want to see this movie crash and burn. there might be an animation intro though… like kung fu panda had… maybe in that style, maybe telling the story of how Grandpa Gohan found Goku, and why he has no tail… Cause it would be awkward at highchool if you had a tail LOL
