Cloud Strife has delivered once again! This time a lighting fast video from the Chi Chi/Mai fight! Get it while it’s hot as I’m sure it’ll get taken down soon.

    That was quite a kick. When are we going to get some decent marketing for this movie? Speculating is fun and all but a teaser trailer would be great. :D

    In the dragoball script they make chi-chi to be weak character (needs to be saved, princess peach like). but in the pictures, video, and the origial series she is bad-ass. how do we think this will play out?

    I actually thought the fight was kind of slow and obviously choreographed like at Medievil Times…but that particular scene may not have been the final product. Could quite well be Take 1 instead of Take 10 :P.

    yeah i thought it looked slow and choreographed too but.. hopefully it looks a lot better on camera..but i dont’ get how some of you say it looks amazing… yes it might look amazing but on this video..not so much. i think some of you just swallow everything they throw at you like if it was candy. I still have hopes for this movie but.. seriously we can’t praise everything as greatness.

    that fight wasnt slow. it was however slow by Dragonball standards. but they could always use special effects to speed it up for the movie. that would mean the actors have to learn alot of choreography though.

    Compared to a real fight between serious martial artists, it’s not near as fast, but I’m pretty sure they’ve used camera tricks to Matrix it up. If Keanu could pull off pretty convincing acrobatics and martial arts, anything’s possible. I just hope they make they live up to the epic action and don’t pussy out with street fighter the movie cheap crap. Who am I kidding. It’s not like James wong didn’t have jet li flying all over the place in the one… it’ll be fine.

    As an amateur videographer, I would like to make many notes about this piece of footage. First off, from a distance, things look slow. Many times during my filmings, high speed parts appear slow to the other crew. What their eyes see doesn’t matter. It’s what the camera sees. We are seeing this from the perspective of an audience member, a shot that most likely will not be shown in the actual film.

    Also notice how overexposed the footage is, this is because of a lot of lights, obviously. Too much light for a cheap cellphone camera, but probably enough light for professional cameras. I would like to tell people to not be afraid of the movie from this small clip, it’s not official.

    Um…I know this is Chi-Chi vs Mai but…if they are martial artists…they should be moving alot faster. I know this probably isnt the final product like I said but…looks like Medievil Times to me…Ive been slowly losing faith in this movie due to the lack of…any kind of…anything.

It’s not like we’re watching Jackie Chan n Jet Li here…i’m sure these girls are not martial Artists and prolly have stunt doubles (more than likely) that will play those scenes….for all we know, like stated before…this could not even be used in the final cut, or it could only be used for a couple seconds. No offense dude, but i think there’s alotta nitpicking going on lately.

    High intensity fight scenes are all about the editing. It’s going to look a bit naff when you’re watching it, but once it’s all put together in post, it’ll look okay.

    It is a good action seen, but am i the only one that notbody notices Chi chi fights in the movie when in the series, she is just a housewife. If the show were like this than Chi chi wud be one of the Z fighters, with Goku Yamcha Krillin and everybody else
