    I do hope that the first scene with roshi is his peepin over someones place while the girl is takin a shower or something really peverted

    Hope we get a HQ scan soon. Sucks that since these issues wont be released until July, we may not get HQ scans until then.

    I definitely see sunglasses at some point in the film. Maybe in the scene where he’s riding on the back of Bulmas motercycle?

    You’re not alone. I’ve been disappointed in Roshi for a while now. But seeing this image has raised my spirit a little. It gives me some hope that maybe Chow will at least act like Roshi.

    is it me or does hat dragonball chatwin is…levitating look totaly like a cartoon ball??lol anyway these scans look amazing..im glad they have given chow roshis trademark shirt to wear.lol i thought he was gonna be wearing what we saw in all the other picture..brown shirt,man untd cap etc…lol but yeah hes looking pretty good as roshi..probably will add in the sunglasses and few gropes of emmy ass.lol

    hmm.. I have mixed feelings about this. I really liked the picture of goku looking down at the glowing dragonball, but the pic with him and bulma in it, de dragonball looks so.. cheap xD I hope that isnt the final form of the picture.

    Goku has the same body on both of the pictures… WHY WOULD THEY DO THAT?? And master Roshi has really disapointed me, I thought he will be bald with beard and sunglasses but…I guess i was wrong :cry: Just cause he has the havaian shirt is not the reason to forgive them what they done to Roshi. 8) He’s oposite from the pic 8) I really hope piccolo will be more simillar to real piccolo :mrgreen:

    You know, this screams photoshop at me, do you see the little red text on goku shirt? it’s almost invisible and it’s impossible to read but it’s on both pictures, which doesn’t make any sense unless this is just fake.. but I’m skeptical still.

    Shame on you FOX and Wong what’s is that… it’s supossed to be Dragon Ball first Chatwin don’t look like Goku, second Bulma don’t have blue hair she’s look like Lara Croft and now Master Roshi don’t look like noting about Dragon Ball??? I’m very very very dissapointed by this movie and the picture is very bad if this movie look like that it’s a shame!!! Now I’m very affraid to see Piccolo :cry:

    but srsly, it’s ONE FREAKING PICTURE. not the entire movie.

    I actually think they’re doing a really great job giving this movie an anime feel without making it completely anime. Admit it, having Roshi with the turtle shell and everything would be a little over the top for a live action film. His shirt (and he most likely will wear glasses in the film at some point) gives a good feel for the character. Just like Bulma’s hair; it’s enough to gives us that Bulma impression without making Emmy look silly.

    Would you honestly want a flying purple cat around? And … while they could have casted the pig from babe to be Oolong, they’re trying to keep it realistic … but still DB.

    Please guys - stop complaining. When you have lots of money you can cast your own live action film and make it however you want it. Personally, I’m happy with how this one is turning out so far.

    :D Well, im happy wit bulma and Goku, wish Bulma had a few more streaks of blue in her hair, I like the real look of not ALL blue, but a few more streaks would’ve given her that rocker/wild look, which is totally Bulma’s char. As for Roshi, I luv the shirt, happy theres no turtle shell, but he needs the beard. If done right, he wouldn’t look like the pirate in POC3. Also, i think it is his walkin stick, not power pole.
    -Now as for being bald, maybe its a wig like he wore when he was Jackie Chun in the worlds martial arts competition, maybe he jus finished his fight and was changing back into his regular clothes when wig got stuck(like in show) right before someone attacks him(looks like he’s surprised or ready to fight). That would explain NO sunglasses and not being bald, but not the beard :cry:

    im so anxious for some footage so all these questions can be answered. and bulma is just looking terrible. like she has no clear resemblence. if you saw her character without linking it to this movie, you would never think that that would be her. this also goes for the other characters as well. like visually looking at these charcters, it doesnt stay true to dragonball. but im not going to be totally cynical hopefully that wont matter and the movie will be dope.

    Will everyone stop bi**hing, I mean its a movie you can’t always have people looking exaclly like a cartoon charactor you have to get close enough. Really people look at Justin’s face, and look a teen or adult Goku pretty close resemblence and I know he needs to bulk up a bit i’m pretty sure they will adress this in the next movie. Just remember everything cannot be perfect people just a adaptation of a story. As long as they most of the story right and most of charactors right the movie will be a success.

The I’m not sure how they will skip to the king picollo saga without going through the others and how will it be dragonball with out the first saga :(. idk i guess we will see, i suppose lotr never made the hobit and it was still amazing.

    It’s just occurred to me that Roshi might actually wear the shell in the film, he’s just not wearing it in that scene. That photo appears to be from the volcano set, or maybe the Dragon Temple set, which I think both appear late in the film. He might be sporting the shell when he first meets Goku.

    its just sucks to expect so much and look at these pictures. so ridiculous. for example if you follow the dark knight everyone was expecting the joker to be potrayed perfectly and when they showed the first images you knew that was he was amazing for that part but looking at these pictures of what the characters look like in the film it just doesnt give you that feeling of knowing they are perfect for the role. they look horrible but you gots to have hope nigga.

    You can see a reflection of the new Indy movie. But I am skeptical sense photoshop can do amazing things and the Letters don’t look very fancy. :(

    man if only fox didnt fire the creator of dragonball it would have been a good movie i mean gokus look is all wrong he looks like yahoo serious if they wanted a yahoo serious look why didnt they hire him to play goku.
    you know how bad batman and robin was right well this movie will be worst then that i can tell, they should recast everyone and start from scratch then maybe itll be worth going to this movie im going to skip going this one movie next year.

    Who cares what it looks like. It’s supposely gona be done just like kung fu hustle so it should be an entertaining film. I’m expecting a mix of Kung Fu Hustle and Forbidden Kingdom. :mrgreen:

    as i see that new dragonball coming on april 2009 and it could be good movie but i seem that bit of different as it look like 1st emperor pilaf segas as i dont see Piccolo on this segas it could be 8th king piccalo segas .. let me know if i right or wrong however
