Its easy to understand why they want skinny actors in the first movie because if you watched the show- you’d know everyone was puny…Then DBZ they beefed up. Marsters is going to be SICKKKK. You would have to be the worst actor ever to mess up Goku, Goku is an easy character to portray so hopefully Chatwin can pull through it but man…Marsters seems not only excited but ecstatic! Wish they’d let him tell us more but whatever…100 million dollars…nobody here understands that this film will have to be an A+ film to be made for that much money…I doubt it will suck straight up. Yeah it’ll be different than we all pictured it- but who cares. I thought the dude that played Spawn would play a sick piccolo originally but I think Marsters is the far better choice (even his face looks like piccolo). All we’ve seen so far are a few crappy pics and the weird casting choices- so before you make a hasty decision about how this movie is going to blow- remember that its being made for 100 Mill…You will without a doubt be able to sit through the whole movie without walking out. Spider-man 3 was garbage but still entertaining…I like that Marsters was talking about his muscle size and how he’d have to beef up for the next movie…That right there is dedication. I can’t wait just to see a poster even…Its ridiculous.

Truth be told, I was really skeptical about on the making of the live action dragon ball movie. Since I am a big Piccolo fan, I am quite delighted that James Marsters is so enthusiastic about playing the role as Piccolo (It’s even his favorite character also :D…) That enough gives enough assurance that these actors will do justice to these characters. James Marsters sure does have the facial features of Piccolo too… awesomeness…
I’ve watched about 1/14 of the Dragonball Episodes, then i stopped because i forgot to watch them when Toonami was on. Now im watching the DBZ series and hoping to buy Dragonball, then GT so basically im like going into the past xD
Wow can’t believe nobody remembers when Son Gokou last fought Piccolo before going away for 3 years to marry chi chi and have a son… In his battle with Piccolo, he grew size and tried stomping on Son Gokou.
